Selecting the Right Ticket

Q: How do I know which ticket to select?

Start by choosing your overnight lodging accommodation and meal plan.

Guests staying on site for the weekend may choose Lodging: Camping, Tent or Vehicle, or Lodging: Cabin. Single camping and cabin lodging options are available with or without meal plans. Group bundles are also available for camping and cabin accommodations. All group bundles include lodging and meals. Guests staying off site and commuting to camp should select one of the Lodging: Off Site passes. Off site weekend passes are available with or without a meal plan. Guests attending on Saturday only should select a Saturday pass. Saturday passes are available with or without meals. Guests who purchase a Saturday Pass Without Meals may enjoy the scheduled camp activities but may not attend special events held in the Lodge, including the 80th Celebration Dinner. Children and Family Registration

Q: Are children age 9 and under free?

Certain lodging bundles include children age 9 and under at no additional cost. Review the description of your selected ticket carefully because the number of children included may depend on the bundle.

Q: What does “age 9 and under” mean?

A child who is age 9 or younger on the event date qualifies.

Q: Do I still need to register a child who is attending for free?

Yes. Every child attending must be included on the registration with their full name and age, even when there is no additional charge.

Q: Are meals included for a child who is attending for free?

The Single Camping and Single Bunk bundles include meals for one child age 9 or younger. Any additional children should be registered according to the applicable child meal policy.

Q: Does a child attending for free receive a separate bunk?

Q: Do children count toward a private cabin’s six person capacity?

Yes. The cabin contains six bunks. All adults and children using those sleeping spaces should be included when determining whether the cabin will safely accommodate the group.

Q: Are strollers and portable cribs allowed?

Families may bring necessary child care equipment, but space inside shared cabins may be limited. Contact the event organizers before arrival if you plan to bring a portable crib or other large equipment.

Golf Day and Anniversary Dinner

Q: How do I register for the CYO Camp Alumni Golf Day?

Select the Golf Day Registration option to request the separate BirdEase registration link. Selecting this option expresses interest but does not complete your final golf registration. Golfers can sign up at BIRDEASE link when it becomes live mid  August. Golf Day is scheduled at Northwood Golf Club in Monte Rio from 6:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

Q: What amount should I enter for the Golf Day Registration option?

Enter $0 when using the option only to request the separate golf registration link.

Do not assume that golf registration includes the luncheon. Purchase the Golf Day Luncheon ticket unless the separate BirdEase registration specifically states that lunch is included.

Q: What is included with the Group Table at the 80th Celebration Dinner?

The $400 group ticket includes a reserved table and dinner seating for eight adults. It also includes Saturday access to the Alumni Prayer Service and camp activities. It does not include camping, overnight accommodations, or full weekend admission.

Q: Can children sit at a reserved group table?

Yes. Children are welcome, but every person who needs a seat must be counted within the table’s eight available seats.

Q: Can I purchase more than one table?

Yes, subject to availability. Select the number of group tables needed when completing your order.

Camping bundles generally include one vehicle and one parking space. Additional vehicles may need to use designated event parking. Parking additional vehicles at your campsite is not guaranteed.

Registration and Payment

Q: What information will I need when registering?

Be prepared to provide the buyer’s contact information, each guest’s name and age, ticket selections, lodging information, dietary needs, accessibility requests, and payment details.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation after registering?

Yes. Zeffy automatically sends a confirmation email after a successful payment.

Q: What should I do if I do not receive my confirmation email?

Check your spam and promotions folders first. Confirm that you entered the correct email address.

Your ticket and receipt may also be available by creating or accessing a Zeffy donor account using the same email address used during registration.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Keep the confirmation email and electronic ticket available on your phone. Printed tickets may also be used if preferred.

Q: Why is Zeffy asking me to make an additional contribution?

Zeffy does not charge the organization platform or processing fees. Instead, Zeffy gives purchasers the option to make a voluntary contribution to support its services.

The contribution is separate from the ticket payment and may be adjusted, reduced, or set to $0 during checkout.

No. The optional Zeffy contribution supports the Zeffy platform.

Ticket payments and additional donations made directly through the campaign support the CYO Camp and Caritas Creek Alumni Association.

Yes. However, a donation by itself does not provide admission, meals, lodging, or an event ticket.

Q: Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. Zeffy sends a transaction confirmation and receipt after a successful payment. Any available ticket or tax documentation information will be included with the confirmation.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Q: Can I change my ticket after registering?

Please contact Shalae at info@caritascreek.org.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Contact the event organizers with the original purchaser’s information and the new guest’s name. Zeffy does not allow attendees to directly change the name on an existing electronic ticket without assistance from the event organizer.

Please contact Shalae at info@caritascreek.org.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Refund eligibility and deadlines are determined by the event organizers, not Zeffy. Contact the organization directly to request a cancellation or refund.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within five to nine business days.

Please contact Shalae at info@caritascreek.org.

Q: Will the optional Zeffy contribution also be refunded?

The optional contribution to Zeffy is not automatically refunded when an event payment is refunded. A purchaser may request a refund of the Zeffy contribution through the original confirmation email.
