Whether you’re a former counselor, teacher, camp parent, or long-time friend of CYO Camp and Caritas Creek— this is your moment to come together with the CYO Camp and Caritas Creek community and celebrate 50 incredible years of outdoor education impact.

Join us for this special anniversary Gala and help fund the next generation of campers through Camperships — tuition scholarships that ensure every child has the chance to experience nature, community, and growth.

• Buy a Ticket – Join us on October 11 at Kohl Mansion for a night of joy, connection, and shared purpose.
   

• Reserve a Table – Rally your camp crew and share a table with your lifelong friends.
   

• Become a Sponsor – Sponsorships help offset event costs so more proceeds go straight to our scholarship & campership fund.

• Become a Caritas Partner School -- Official partner schools contribute to the event costs and set up. 
   

• Donate to the Auction – Have a great travel stay, in kind gift, ticketed experience to contribute? Your offer fuels our fundraising.
   

• Join the Fun – Bid on unforgettable auction items, enter the 100-Bottle Wine Cellar Raffle, and play Heads or Tails and more — every game supports a child’s camp journey!
   

What's new at the Gala in 2025? ✨

​

• Expanded Capacity: Guests will dine in two dining halls in 2025. Both the Great Hall and the gorgeous Green Ballroom, giving us two beautiful ballrooms to experience the Gala. Separate tickets are available for each ballroom. 

• Live Program is streamed to the Green Ballroom: The program is hosted in the Great Hall and live-streamed to the Green Ballroom dining hall. 

• Bar in a NEW Location: The bar is located in the Kohl Mansion Parlor Room, a bigger space that previously with signature cocktails, wine, and beer served by Sapore Italiano, plus live piano music by Justus Dobrin.

• Bird's Eye Balcony View: Go up the Grand Staircase for a quick glimpse of our beautiful venue and event from above. Standing Room Only.

• Caritas History Project Kick Off : It's time Caritas Creek had a written history of it's own. We'll be using the Gala Celebration to kick off this history project. Also, inspired by the Caritas Creek solo hike, take a walk through the event on the classic "burma shave" style path,learning about Caritas Creek and guiding you to the silent, dessert auctions and raffles in the Grand Staircase.

• Evening Entertainment: Our new MC and auctioneer, Patrick Landeza, will host the program and perform with his band in the Great Hall!​
